Move your Bluetooth and Echo devices away from sources of possible interference (such as microwaves, baby monitors, and other wireless devices). Make sure that your Bluetooth device is fully charged and close to your Echo device when pairing. If you've previously paired your Bluetooth device, remove your paired Bluetooth device from Alexa. Select Bluetooth. Select Pair a New Device; Alexa will search for available devices. Select the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar. Choose Connect and follow the onscreen instructions to set up the device.
